We’ve had it in our store for many seasons. It’s very popular, but surprisingly, still not everyone has heard about it. In Germany, it sells extremely well.

Here’s the answer: Indo is made for fun.

But let’s start from the beginning – the story of how it all began.

My mom always said: “Bored? That’s good, because boredom creates great things.”

And that’s exactly how Indo was born – out of boredom on a dark winter day in Helsinki. A guy named Aleksi was bored at home. He loved riding scooters. But if you’ve ever been to Helsinki, you’ll know winter isn’t great for scooter riding. He just wanted to learn a Bri flip – a trick his friend had mastered. You know that feeling when something gets stuck in your head and won’t go away?

That’s how it was with Aleksi. He kept thinking about scooters and that trick. But his parents said scooters aren’t for indoor use. So, he had two choices: wait until spring… or use his imagination.

And so he made a scooter out of cardboard. No wheels, just the deck and bars – enough to practice tricks “dry.”

Of course, a cardboard scooter doesn’t last long.

This could have been the end of the story – but instead, it was just the beginning. Aleksi’s uncle worked in product design (talk about good timing 😉) and together they created the scooter that became known as INDO The Trick Scooter. Then they took it onto trampolines, and a new era began – one where weather no longer limits you, and you can practice tricks at home or on a backyard trampoline. Indo is safer too, because the deck is made of special foam, so you don’t hurt yourself while learning new tricks.

Today, Indo operates across Europe, the USA, China, and Australia, with a team of professional riders ensuring the quality of every new product.
