Reporting Shipping Damage – DPD & InPost Instructions
Our shipments are handled by courier companies, and it’s their responsibility to deliver your order in perfect condition. Always check the condition of the package upon delivery.
If the outer packaging appears damaged during transport, be sure to inspect the contents in the presence of the courier. If the product is damaged, file a complaint with the courier immediately and fill out a damage report with them.

What to do if you receive a damaged shipment from InPost?
- From a parcel locker:
- Before closing the locker, carefully inspect the package.
- If you see any damage, return the parcel to the locker.
- Then follow the instructions on the locker screen or in the InPost app.
- From a courier:
- Inspect the package in the courier’s presence.
- If you notice damage, report it immediately.
- After pickup:
- If you discover hidden damage after unpacking:
- Keep the original packaging as proof.
- File a claim using the form below.

What if the product is damaged but the packaging looks intact?
- Check the contents of the package right after receiving it.
- If the product is damaged even though the packaging seems fine:
- Report it — ideally on the same day — using the damage report forms above.
- Fill out a detailed damage report.
- Take photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
- Contact us as soon as possible — preferably on the day of delivery.

Remember: The sooner you act, the faster we can process your claim and resolve the issue.
