Required employment periods vary by income source:
• Employment contract, military/managerial contracts, board members, public officials – minimum 3 months
• Self-employed – 6 months
• Pension/pre-retirement benefit, disability pension – 1 month
• Mandate contract / contract of specific work – 6 months
• Agricultural activity – 12 months

How do I complete the 1 PLN verification transfer?
• If your bank is listed, the transfer is processed via Blue Media S.A. (PayByLink, Fast Transfer).
• If not, select “My bank is not listed” to view ELIXIR transfer details on screen and by email. You must then manually complete the transfer using the provided account number, amount, and title.Which account should I use to make the 1 PLN transfer?
• The transfer must be made from the account declared in the application and belong to the applicant.
• The personal details in the bank must match those in the application (e.g., “Radek” vs. “Radosław” may cause verification failure).

FAQ – After activating the loan
Once the loan is activated, the funds are transferred directly to the seller's or store's account. They can then proceed with processing your order. The delivery time depends on the Store / Seller. Once the loan is activated, the merchant is immediately notified and the funds are transferred in parallel. The seller may act on this system notification or wait for the funds to be booked before shipping your order. The repayment account number is provided in the loan agreement shown during the application process and in the repayment schedule sent by post after activation. The account number is unique for each customer. If you don’t know your account number, please contact Alior Bank’s customer service. Yes. You may repay the loan partially or in full at any time. Partial repayments must be requested via letter or at an Alior Bank branch. The repayment will be treated as capital repayment and a new repayment schedule will be issued. Repayments should be sent to your individual loan repayment account number (provided in your agreement and repayment schedule sent by mail). Payments must be made according to the agreed repayment schedule. You have the right to withdraw from the loan agreement within 14 days of signing.
