Description

Vans MTE Old Skool Insulated combines the classic Old Skool look with extra warmth, water resistance and better grip for cold and wet conditions.

Vans MTE Old Skool Insulated, key features

Upper: leather / suede / canvas with DWR water-repellent treatment
Insulation: PrimaLoft® zonal insulation
Sole: Vulc with MTE reverse waffle tread
Profile: low-top
Use: cold weather / wet conditions / everyday wear

Classic Old Skool style for colder days

Vans MTE Old Skool Insulated keeps the familiar low-top silhouette but adds practical protection for colder and wetter weather. The treated upper helps repel moisture, while the insulated construction keeps more warmth around the foot.

This makes the MTE version a better choice when standard casual shoes are not enough for changing weather conditions.

More warmth without a bulky feel

PrimaLoft® zonal insulation helps retain heat around the foot while keeping the shoe comfortable for everyday use. The insulation is designed to perform well in cold conditions without absorbing water easily.

Better grip on wet and slippery surfaces

The MTE outsole uses a reverse waffle tread designed to improve traction on wet, uneven and slippery ground.

This gives you a more secure step in poor weather and makes the shoe more practical for daily use in autumn and winter conditions.

Water-repellent upper for easier everyday use

The leather, suede and canvas upper is treated with a DWR water-repellent finish. It helps reduce moisture absorption and makes the surface easier to clean after contact with rain, mud or wet pavement.

Comfort for all-day wear

A padded collar helps improve comfort around the ankle, while the cushioned insole supports the foot during longer wear.

Vans MTE Old Skool Insulated is a practical option if you want the classic Old Skool look with more protection for colder, wetter days.
