Delivery Terms Within Poland
The entire order is shipped in one package and the customer pays a single shipping fee.
For orders over 99 € – shipping is FREE! and handled by DPD courier.
Free shipping does not apply to orders with cash on delivery (COD) as the payment method.
If the order value is below 99 €, the shipping cost depends on the selected delivery method.

Delivery time:
- DPD Courier – 99.5% of deliveries are made within 24H. In rare cases or busy periods, delivery may take up to 48H, especially to remote areas.
- Pocztex – approx. 48H
- Inpost Parcel Lockers 24/7 – approx. 24H
- ORLEN Paczka – delivery to collection points within 1–2 business days, or to parcel lockers the next day.

Shipping and Delivery Times – International Orders
We pride ourselves on same day dispatch. If you order before 4 pm., in 99% of cases, your item will be shipped on the same day.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package.
You can pick up your order yourself or you can designate another person to pick up your order - please let us know about it before.

EUROPE (EU): UPS/DPD 2-5 working days - BMX/MTB Bikes/Scooters/BMX frames/BMX forks/BMX handlebars
EUROPE (EU): Global Post 3-5 working days - for small items if you choose this shipping method
NORTH & SOUTH AMERICA: 10-14 working days
ASIA & AUSTRALIA: 10-14 working days
** Free shipping does not apply to large bicycles (MTB Dirt, Wheelie). Due to the large dimensions of the package, the shipping costs are +/- EUR 25.50
